A few lines about his work :
Bertin plays with light, focus, depth of field and perspective, and stays away from computer generated manipulations. “Searching for things that do not exist, I record through the lens of my camera the ephemeral experience of hand built realities. Retinal sensations one perceives but cannot describe. Taking pictures has become a ritualistic act. I intend to say nothing, I know it is impossible.”
